Steps cover Kylie for Christmas single

Posted on

The Christmas single will be another double A-side (like the group’s first number one single Heartbeat/Tragedy). As well as the previously announced song When I Said Goodbye there will also be a cover of the fantastic Kylie Minogue song Better The Devil You Know. It was a fab song in the first place, but with Steps singing it and a great dance routine this will be one to watch out for. The song has already been recorded and is ready for production. Thanks to AndyF for this info.

H is in this month’s Attitude magazine along with tour buddies A1 and ex-Hollyoaks star Will Mellor. He joins them in the naked special with a very tasty pic of him lying on a bed. The mag costs £2.50. Thanks to Nick for this info.

Steps will be live on This Morning on Wednesday 6 October doing an interview and performing their new single After The Love Has Gone, so watch out for that! And Lisa will be on Never Mind The Buzzcocks on Friday 8 October, which is then repeated on Sunday 10 October. Thanks to Chris B for this.

They’re cute, they’re squeaky and they would suit a Steps tour very well. So guess what… Marvin and Tamara are going on tour with Steps! Could be good news, could be bad news, depends on what you think of the two singers really. Thanks to David for this info.

ITV is to screen three special ‘A Date with …..’ shows – the first on 7 October is with B*witched. Another Level is on 21 October. Steps are doing the third show scheduled for 28 October. The B*witched and Another Level shows will be following the history of the bands, and their views of the music industry. However, the Steps show will be very different and will follow the preparations for the upcoming arena tour. Thanks to Jules for this info.

Ok so you know what to do now… set your video recorder!

Don’t forget the concert on the 31st! Plus the Pepsi Chart on the 7th and SMTV Live and CD:UK on the 2nd! You can tell STEPtober is just around the corner!
