On today’s Blue Peter, Steps actually sang their new single Deeper Shade Of Blue totally LIVE! Unlike usual Steps TV performances which are mimed, this was a great live performance. Is this a sign for the forthcoming tour? Hopefully it will… and if it is this could finally prove that Steps can do it live.

Talking about live dates…

Steps are set to play three open air gigs this summer. The dates are:

29 July – Quex Park, Kent
19 August – Lydiard Country Park, Swindon, Wiltshire
26 August – Highlands Park, Chelmsford
