Steps in 2022

Christmas double A-side?

Posted on

On this Weeks UK Charts, Stomp falls down to number 24 on the singles chart, Buzz moves back up two places to number four. Interestingly is that the new Spice Girls album falls all the way down to number 16 which is only good news for STEPS as currently it is now proving that STEPS are probably bigger than what the Spice Girls are now-a-days! The Live Wembley video stays at number one for a 3rd week
I’ve received a few e-mails about the forthcoming STEPS single being It’s The Way You Make Me Feel / Too Busy Thinking. Firstly I have heard no official news that this is the confirmed single listing, I am NOT saying that this isn’t the single but then again I’m not exactly confirming it either. If this was announced on the tour and you where there then please e-mail me at the usual address.

According to the Singapore Zomba Website the Asian edition of Buzz will be released in early 2001 with a different cover and a different tracklisting to the UK edition. More on this when we recieve it!

Thanks to Vikram for pointing out that if you live outside the UK and want a cheap copy of the new STEPS album Buzz then you can’t do much worse than to pop into www.cd-wow.com they have the album priced at £8.99 which is just over $13 and with free worldwide shipping then you won’t get a much better price than that! Obviously this company isn’t as big as Amazon or CDNow so copies might be limited if everyone goes there and gets a copy, or your order might take longer to turn up!

I wouldn’t usually mention this on a news page, but if you brought the new Spice Girls album and it wasn’t pop enough for you go out to your nearest store and by the new Backstreet Boys album Black & Blue. A1 might have beaten them on the singles chart, and will probably do so again on the album chart but this album is way better than anything that A1 would produce. For more see my album of the week on my front page.
