As *NSYNC and Backstreet continue to battle it out with US tours over their popularity, as MTV are reporting this could pave the way in for STEPS on a US tour:
“BBMak have been tapped to open the Miami show as well as the May 15 concert in Tampa, and additional dates are expected to be added in between the five that have just been confirmed.

‘NSYNC’s label, Jive Records, is mapping out the rest of the itinerary: including a full roster of support acts; for the band’s still-unnamed tour, which is expected to continue through August.”

Worldpop are reporting that this tour, currently unlike the huge Backstreet Tour, is current just outside Stadiums, which are huge in the US. Also Backstreet Boys are also planning a US Summer Tour with the outside venues which STEPS might also could be in the running to support.
