Just a note, MTV Europe is having its annual bash tonight. The MTV Europe Music Awards are live tonight across MTV Europe from Germany. Steps aren’t up for anything again but sometimes its worth a watch. UK Viewers without MTV can catch the show on Channel 4 this weekend.

Ananova ran a poll over who will be number one this weekend:

Britney Spears is Ananova’s favourite to win the battle of the album charts. Her new release is in a three-way tussle for the top spot with Steps and Michael Jackson. In our poll, 43% of Ananova users thought her album, Britney, would go to number one. Thirty-two per cent favoured Jacko’s album Invincible, the current number one in the Official UK Album Chart. Steps were outsiders, with only 25% backing Gold to go to the top this week.
