H & Claire sent out an email confirming the next single and album news. Here’s the email:

Hello there,
I can now reveal that the debut H & Claire album is called… drum roll please… Another You, Another Me.

It’s named after the song we recorded for the album written by Benny and Bjorn from ABBA. Bjorn re-wrote some of the lyrics especially for us; we were both overwhelmed by this. The title just seems to fit the album perfectly, we love it. The album itself is due for release on Monday 18 November.

Next Thursday, Claire and I are holding a very special showcase where we’ll be previewing some of the album tracks in front of a handful of top music industry people. It’s all very exclusive but you can be there! We’ve asked to have two fans come along to the showcase to report back to the rest of you guys. Simply go to www.handclaire.com and click on the ‘competition’ section for full details, we’ll then announce if you’ve won on Tuesday 1 October. The closing date is Monday so go, go, go!

On the Tuesday just gone we filmed the video for All Out Of Love. We were out on location in a beautiful mansion, it was an amazing day. We had a bit of trouble fitting all of the scenes that we wanted in and ended up running over into the early hours of Wednesday morning, as always! Poor Clara had a bit of a cold on the day, but she looked as stunning as usual and is on the mend, bless her.

The song has a number of incredibly energetic dance numbers, and much to everyone’s joy we had to film them over, and over, and over again. I was exhausted by the end of it! Hopefully it will all turn out well, myself and Claire have a good feeling about this one. We’ll have a full report with photos from the set up on the site nearer the single release date. The video should be on the music channels in the next couple of weeks. We’ll let you know on the website when it is ‘cos we’re very excited over this release.

… ooh, btw!! Remember a while back we mentioned a ‘top secret’ project? Finally I can spill the beans. In July we recorded a track and filmed a video to another song all in the same day which will feature on the up-coming single. It’s the title track from Disney’s Beauty And The Beast and forms the second part of the single released on Monday 4 November which is a double-A side with All Out Of Love. We’ll have a report from the making of this video on our site nearer the release too as part of an all new feature.
