Firstly I will apologise about the delay in GenSTEPS 4 what with people being on holiday – including myself at some stage during August – it would have been too much of a rush to get it up and running. GenSTEPS 3.5 launches on 1 August and a slightly redesigned GenSTEPS 4 will launch probably in late September or early October.

News that isn’t directly linked to Steps is that the Backstreet Boys have finished their recording slot with pop producer Max Martin in Sweden. They have recorded seven songs for their long awaited third US and fourth European album. As the Backstreet Boys are now out of the studio it makes room for Steps to pop over to Sweden to record their tracks with Max Martin and company for their great new third UK album and second US. Westlife are also believed to be at the same studios recording their follow up to their debut album.
