Claire’s heat on Celebrity Masterchef will be shown at 8pm on Thursday 3 July on BBC1. She will be up against Sean Wilson and Kaye Adams when they cook for the judges and paying guests at One O One.
Her signature dish is savoury potato and chorizo frittata salad.
