Steps performed a brilliant medley of hits at Children in Need 2011, kicking off with One For Sorrow, mixing into Deeper Shade of Blue, and getting the whole audience dancing with Tragedy!

There was also an amusingly awkward introduction by Fearne Cotton and Terry Wogan. Looks like the scriptwriters just can’t get enough of those song-title puns.

And smashing to hear the “proper” ending to Tragedy resurface, rather than the track just fading out. A bit of Eliot Kennedy magic we suspect.
