Steps’ Ultimate Collection is officially number one in the album charts.

After a close battle for the top spot against Evanescence, Steps soared ahead after tickets for their Ultimate Tour went on sale.

This makes Steps the first British boy-girl mixed pop group featuring a member called Lisa to have a number one album in three consecutive decades.
