The reunion rumours pop up every few weeks, but this time we’ve got cause to believe them.

A trustworthy source close to GenSTEPS reveals that Claire has signed a new documentary deal which will see her make two documentaries – one about weight loss, and one about a Steps reunion.

Claire is said to be “dying to sing again” after enjoying her success on Popstar to Operastar, but accepts she’ll have more success back with Steps rather than trying to go solo.

All five band members have agreed to take part in the documentary, leading to a reunion gig in November – marking the tenth year since the Steps split.
