It was announced on Saturday 19 June that Steps will be the headline act at the London Mardi Gras on Saturday 3 July. This isn’t all that surprising considering the group’s huge gay following. The news was announced just before Steps played at the Astoria nightclub. They are proud of this and so they should be, it’s going to be an excellent day with everyone having a great time. And what better way to start off the day than with the super group Steps heading the proceedings. Various other celebrities will be attending the day including the entire cast of hit ABBA musical Mamma Mia.
