According to a tabloid newspaper report, the new Steps video Deeper Shade Of Blue is causing worries at Jive Records. In yesterday’s Sunday Mirror it was rumoured that “record bosses are worried the new Steps video might be too raunchy”.

“The band turn into their alter-egos and it’s pretty racy stuff,” an insider says.”

Obviously we can’t comment on how true this is, but the thought of a Steps video being too raunchy for TV is a laughing matter on its own.

Also please remember that Steps’ debut US album finally gets its release tomorrow, so if you are in the US make sure you run out and buy it and convert a few other people on your way!
